Sunaina Rawat, a 14-year-old girl from Uttar Pradesh's Mohanlalganj, talks about the agricultural issues her village is facing. She is not a voter but she is living every single election issue first-hand. A seventh-grader, Sunaina says she wishes to become a doctor when she grows up because her fellow villagers can't afford healthcare expenses. "A large number of people fall ill in the village. People here can't afford to pay a lot for their treatment," she says. Sunaina and her family embody the story of a scheduled caste voter in the state that will be important in deciding who governs India next after the results for the national are announced on May 23.
